• No one under 13 years of age permitted. Parent must accompany participants age 13-17 at all times.

​

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building. You may only smoke in the designated area. Please use cigarette receptacles.

​

• No chewing tobacco allowed inside or outside the building or anywhere on the property.

​

• Absolutely No Ouija Boards or Séances Will Be Tolerated. Anyone Using Ouija Boards or Conducting Séances Will Be Immediately Removed from the Premises and Will Not Be Allowed To Return.

​

• Crossing over of Spirits, Exorcisms, Blessings, Cleansings, Saging, Clearings, Bindings, Black Magic, Table-tipping, or any other ritual, are NOT permitted.

​

• Negative Provoking will not be tolerated!! Please treat the spirits as you would like to be treated.

• No lighting of anything in the building including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, candles, incense, sage, etc.

​

• No screwdrivers, Leatherman tools, Swiss army knives, Stun Guns, knives, guns, pepper spray, mace, or weapons of any kind are allowed on the property or in the buildings. Local police will be called immediately!

​

• Do not open any windows in the building. Anyone found climbing out of an opened window will be escorted from the grounds immediately.

​

• No bowling in the bowling alley or removing and/or playing with any of the bowling balls.

​

• No yelling, running, screaming, horseplay, slamming of doors or windows.

​

• Removal or damage of any property will result in immediate expulsion from the premises and possible legal action. This includes any type of vandalism and graffiti or marking on any surface with any type of paint or writing device.

​

• Do not bring or leave any biodegradable items (cookies, candies, flowers, etc.) for the spirits.

​

• No drugs or alcohol will be tolerated! Anyone suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate. Anyone found consuming alcohol or using drugs during the ghost hunt will be immediately escorted from the grounds by the local police. No Refunds. No Credit. No Exceptions.

​

• Any form of sex in the building will not be tolerated. Anyone found in violation of this rule will be immediately escorted from the grounds by the local police. No Refunds. No Credit. No Exceptions

​

• All participants in a private ghost hunt must vacant the building no later than 2:00 AM.

​

• Any infraction of any of these rules can be subject to immediate removal from the property and/or legal action, with no refunds or credit!
