In 2021 Tri-C Ghost Hunters teamed up with the Historic Grafton School in Grafton, Ohio to bring you a wide variety of paranormal events. Those events include private and public ghost hunts, celebrity events and other fun events throughout the year.

Greg Feketik is the Ghost Hunt Manager and Naomi Jacobson is the Lead Paranormal Investigator. 

​

Grafton, Ohio is approximately 25 miles southwest of Cleveland, Ohio.

​

The 56,000 square foot school opened in 1936 and closed in 2005 after operating for almost 70 years.

​

The building was added to the National Registrar of Historic Places on February 12, 2008.

​

PRIVATE GHOST HUNTS

PRIVATE GHOST HUNT COST:

$500 - for up to 10 people

$50 - for each additional guest

PRIVATE GHOST HUNT HOURS:

8:00 PM - 3:00 AM

​

Minimum age is 13. Parent must be present at ALL times.

​

NOTE: AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO HEAT OR WORKING BATHROOMS INSIDE THE BUILDING. THERE WILL BE A PORTA POTTY OUTSIDE. INSIDE BATHROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE WHEN THE WEATHER GETS WARMER.

All guests participating in a private ghost hunt must fill out a liability waiver and be familiar with the rules. The liability waiver must be filled out when you arrive for your ghost hunt.

All profits from private ghost hunts are used for the continued maintenance and restoration of the Historic Grafton School.
