St. Joseph Hospital
We have now been granted permission to conduct "controlled" private ghost hunts inside the old St. Joseph Hospital in Lorain, Ohio. If you ever wanted to get inside this haunted hospital, now is the time! Don't know how long the doors will be open, so hurry up and reserve your date! (Booking dates through December, 2018)
For us to be able to do this, there is one rule that all of us have to abide by and that is at least one member of Tri-C Ghost Hunters will accompany each group inside the hospital throughout the entire investigation. For example, if you have 12 people and split up into 4 teams there will be at least one member of Tri-C Ghost Hunters with each team.

The cost is $750 for up to 12 participants until 3:00 AM.

All proceeds less any operating expenses are donated to the charities listed below. Tri-C Ghost Hunters, it's members, nor the owners receive any compensation for conducting these events.

The maximum for a private ghost hunt will be 12 participants. We can not go over this number so please do not ask.

No one under 16 will be permitted.

Person 16-17 years old must have parent or guardian with them.

Payments for private ghost hunts MUST BE received at least two weeks prior to your scheduled date.

If payment not received by then you risk losing your requested date.

Doors open at 7:00 pm.

You can begin your ghost hunt after you check-in and when you're ready.

All participants must present a signed Waiver of Liability form and a photo ID at registration.
Participants will not be allowed to participate without these documents.

You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
THERE IS NO A/C, HEAT OR ELECTRIC INSIDE THE HOSPITAL SO PLEASE DRESS APPROPRIATELY AND BRING FLASHLIGHTS

OUR CHARITIES
ALL of the proceeds, less any operating expenses (insurance, security, etc) is donated to local Lorain area charitable organizations. Below are the charities we donate to. (For more information on each charity please click on their logo)
Friendship APL is a private, independent, non-profit [501(c)(3)] humane society founded in Elyria, Ohio in 1957. We own and operate the largest animal shelter in Lorain County. Our members incorporated on August 30, 1957 as the Lorain County Animal Protective League. We changed our name to Friendship Animal Protective League on October 30, 2005.
Blessing House serves as a safety net for families in crisis by providing a safe shelter for children and support for their family. Children will be kept safe from abuse and neglect and families will be supported in order to be healthy and stable.
To provide a comprehensive range of family-focused services for Lorain County Victims of Domestic Violence. Such services provide the tools to maximize their opportunity to survive, obtain physical and mental well being and independence, and minimize the trauma involved in coping with family violence. We endeavor to be part of a collaborative community effort to provide a responsive system of care for victims while also raising awareness.
The Salvation Army in Lorain is dedicated to serving the men, women, and children who are at-risk and in need of financial, social service, and spiritual support. We work everyday to elevate individuals up from despair to provide hope and assistance. In teaching life skills, we provide individuals with an opportunity to maximize their physical, emotional, and spiritual being to affect life change.
